nixWire
The Project
nixWire is an easy to use implementation of a UPnP control point.
It runs on any Python platform from the desktop over eeePC down to phones like the Openmoko FreeRunner.
nixWire detects UPnP servers and players in a home network and offers you a nice way to control these.
For now, it's more a "proof-of-concept" implementation. Speed and UI is not yet optimal.
